The Senior Solutions Architect will be responsible for designing, delivering, and supporting end-to-end enterprise network and cybersecurity solutions.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design, architect, and deliver enterprise networking, cybersecurity, and infrastructure solutions aligned with customer requirements.
- Prepare Bills of Materials (BoMs), solution designs, and comprehensive technical proposals.
- Lead or support Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ), and customer engagement activities.
- Implement, configure, test, and commission solutions while ensuring complete technical documentation and knowledge transfer.
- Provide post-sales technical support, incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to support business development initiatives, solution positioning, and customer presentations.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- CCNP certification or an equivalent professional networking certification.
- Minimum of five (5) years' experience in enterprise networking and cybersecurity solutions.
- Hands-on experience with leading technologies such as Cisco, Fortinet, Sophos, and/or Palo Alto Networks.
- Valid driving license.
